IQ Kids is a collection of educational games for children aged 2 - 6, that train the brain of your child in way that is fun.While playing games your child will train memory, logic, visual perception, and more, and thus get a head start at school.We developed the app, so that our children would train fundamental cognitive skills. Explore a galaxy with planets, stars, spaceships, robots, aliens and other mysterious creatures. Hidden within the the galaxy are many games, that kids can play while at the same train their several fundamental cognitive skills.BRAIN TRAINING FOR YOUNG CHILDRENWe designed IQ Kids based on the input from cognitive development researcher as well as the feedback from kids themselves. This way we hope to have achieved the right balance between training the brain of young children and providing them a fun experience.Today scientists agree that certain brain stimulation can further cognitive development, and that this kind of stimulation is especially important at young age. Also, it is evident that digital media and especially games can play a positive role in cognitive development. Based on this we develop our brain training for children, however we do not have conclusive evidence yet of the specific cognitive enhancement by the IQ Kids brain training.COGNITIVE SKILLS TRAINEDEach game within IQ Kids is made to train a specific cognitive skills. Here is a list of our games and the cognitive skill trained.VISUAL-SPATIAL PERCEPTION - Ship ShapesYou child has to sort figures into the the right containers based on color, shape and size.AUDITORY PROCESSING - Humming BirdsYour child has to experiment with and identify differences in pitch made by singing birds.VISUAL-MOTOR COORDINATION - Hungry SquidsYour child has to feed the hungry squids with balls of different color.ATTENTION - Hide & SeekYour child has to keep track of a runner that is hiding in spaceships.FEATURES Intuitive for young children to use by themselves, putting them in control without any text explanations Adapts to each childs ability level, keeping kids challenged and engaged with no feelings of failure As a parent, gain insight into your child's cognitive skills and how they compare to other children of the same age.OUR TEAMThe team within the IQ Improvement Institute that is responsible for our IQ Kids product is composed of PhD in childhood education, game designers and developers.
