Very good, but has niggles

Pros
Very good suggested workout routines. Like the way it mixes up and separates multiple sets of exercises between the other exercises. Can easily create your own workouts, and hide all the muscle groups you don't want to work on. Easily the best exercise app I've found.
Cons
1. Through trial and error I worked out that the only way you can save your own customised workout with your own weights is to actually complete the customised workout first, then repeat the saved workout. This could have been spelt out in the instructions. Bit of a pain, rather than change the repeated workout just before doing it, it would be better to be able to change it beforehand and save it with its own name. Quite annoying. 2. There is nowhere you can get help with this product. The website has no support area where you can ask questions.
Summary
Overall, it 's a very good product. It's been well thought out and meets most of my needs. However, the fact that you can't save a workout at your leisure detracts from the product and brings the mark down.
