Using online IP Tools enables a user to quickly test network connectivity with tools such as Ping and Traceroute. The traceroute tool maps the network path onto a google map and provides additional details related to the systems that are being traversed in the path.Security testing tools are also part of the IP Tools suite, and include an online port check; this enables testing of open ports on your IP address. Great for testing IP address forwarding on your router, or if you are setting up a web server at home.
