Invader Attack is an extremely addictive arcade shooter game for Windows. Its a first in our shooter series for PC Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and x64 (may work on older Windows versions as well). Time to say goodbye to your spare-time. Blast aliens across 100 heart pumping levels uncovering the secrets of each invader type along the way. Some of the power-ups are good, some bad, but even the good ones can bring certain difficulties and surprises. Realistic physics provides a new level of game play. This game is an advanced version of popular old-style classic arcade shooter games with many twists, better animations, better graphics, and music that will ensure hours of fun and sharpen your reflexes.

A fun, strategic space shooter.

Pros
addictive, very well priced, polished look and feel, requires some strategy.
Cons
There's not really anything I don't like about this game.
Summary
It's a bit more tactical than other games of it's genre. So far, I've got to level 35, and there's a lot of room for improvement on my score. Scoring is based on accuracy, damage received, and power-ups collected. High scores can be posted online. At first I was annoyed that the guns don't auto repeat, but this is important for making accurate shots. Highest scores are given for accuracy, which makes it quite a challenge, dodging bullets while trying to get in a good shot. I'm having a lot of fun with this game.
