Using the iWF App, technicians can access equipment service history, volume information and toner levels. Integrated GPS tracking capability enables technicians to handle critical service calls with ease by locating the nearest required resource in real-time and displaying customer and resource locations in relation to open service calls. iWF quickly and accurately captures equipment serial numbers and part numbers by means of camera barcode scanning optimized to minimize energy consumption.
