Pros
Looks like a great program. MSI installer, offers discount for upgrade from Installshield, limited free support.
Cons
When asked why sales inquiries were left unanswered for 5 days they banned my IP from their website. Would not recommend.

Pros
It took me less than 3 hours to put together a basic install with shortcuts, registry info, license agreement and so on. The same thing in InstallShield took me 2 days. Given how much cheaper this is, I don't know why anyone would want to buy install shield at all.
Cons
In the basic version, if there is some control you can't access from the user interface (and one very occasionally finds there is), then it can't be accessed at all.
