Not bad not great.

- Camera feature is terrible. Doesn't have flash or zoom so if you want to take decent photos one must use another camera and upload those photos to your inspection at a later time through your desktop (can't upload through mobile device). Camera feature only lets you store 3 pictures per observation which is fine for documenting repairs but insufficient for documenting property damage or near & far situations. If this app would utilize my device's default camera app none of this would be a problem. If you DON'T need to associate photos with your inspections then the rest of this app is decent. I feel photo documenting is very important for all types of inspection work hence two star rating.
