  Pros

  The freeware version of the product seems to be working as advertised.

  Cons

  TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT and any requests for a refund of the purchase price based on the fact that the software is non-functional are IGNORED.

  Summary

  Downloaded the trial version of the software which seemed to work fine. In fact, I was impressed enough to purchase the full version of the software. Unfortunately, the software did not work, despite the fact that I am running on a very average system build (e.g. WIN XP Pro - 32Bit, MS Office 2003). After attempting to resolve the problem myself, I emailed innobate FIVE TIMES over the course of a number of weeks to try and get some technical support. Now, FOUR WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND NO RESPONSE. Additionally, I have requested a refund, and still no response. THE COMPANY IS BASED IN NEW ZEALAND, AND I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM OR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!! DO NOT WASTE THE TIME OR THE MONEY!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, AND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!
