• Great way to track where people are

  Pros

  This is a great way to track the people so that you can get phone calls to them. And it is a way to see if the staff off site is logged on and able to respond to queries.

  Cons

  Support has been spotty at best to no existent we have had to trouble shoot our own problems. We have never even talked to a live person when we have contacted the company.

  Pros

  I'm working for a small company with several locations. In-Out Board is saving us time by eliminating useless phone calls and emails. We can just look on our computer's to see where the person we're looking for is currently instead of wasting time trying to hunt them down. <p>I really only have a basic knowledge of computers and networking. Setting up the networking between the offices has been tricky because of various modem/router problems. The tech support at Glass Bead Software has been extremely helpful. I emailed and called numerous times. I get to stay in contact with the same support person, and she's been the most helpful and patient tech person I've ever dealt with. She's helped out time after time without making it seem that inconveniencing her.<p>Good software. Great technical support.
