  Summary

  This software program sounds great. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like you think it would. The documentation is sparse and what documentation does exist is too technical for the average user. I have the iMon software with the Silverstone dot matrix display, HD Frame and the remote +Pro server.They tell you that you can do just about anything with this nifty little piece of software, from viewing pictures, listening to music stores on your PC, listening to internet radio, storing and watching youtube videos and more. Apparently, you're supposed to know how to set this up on your own,i.e. create databases, configure different settings,etc. They don't tell you HOW a person is supposed to configure the information. The HD Frame is so buggy it crashes while you attempt to figure out exactly what you do to make this program work! Out of thousands of music files and folders on my PC, I've only been able to listen to three, once. I have no idea as to how I got them to play or why the program can't seem to find the other music in the same file! They do have user forums for help with the program. They're unmonitored and I see question after question go unanswered by tech support. Very disappointing. Until Soundgraph decides to include documentation that can be understood and used by at least an intermediate computer user, do yourself a favor and avoid this software.No clue as to hownit's
