Image Shrinker is a very simple and easy to use program for shrinking JPEG images. Works great for shrinking photos for e-mail. You can shrink all images in the folder or select individual images to shrink. Version 1.3 has thumbnail preview in file list, fixed minor bugs, and added loader to show when the program is busy.
