• For copy-and-paste editing don't bother.

  Pros

  I did find you could bind many commands to the "quick access toolbar" which was configurable either on the very top windows window bar, or could be set to display below the ribbon bar instead. But so far as I could quickly tell, all those were also on the ribbon. This program "MIGHT" be fine for whole-image editing.

  Cons

  No options to set-up or adjust. No option for file types to bind to. No drag-and-drop files. Must use monotonous file-open dialog window. Scroll bars covered up by empty "image info" window that covered 20%. Closed the "image information" window and Zooming out required several clicks on the 'zoom out' button, and there was no other option for zooming out - no custom zoom setting - before I got scroll bars. Maximize current file window button inacessable until zoom out far enoughI couldn't find any way to move my selection to another portion of the image, without either copy-and-paste, or cropping the image, saving as another, then pasting into the original image. The standard copy, cut, and paste hotkeys did not work. Help utility not helpful, I got "i This program cannot display the webpage" when I clicked on a link. The "cut" "copy" and "paste" buttons were within the "image info" tab, but they were greyed out even though I had selected an area, and would not work.

  Summary

  MS Paint here I come. I really don't understand how this software got such a good rep, are the other free image editing utilities really this sparse? The MS Office style ribbon even eats up much of the display space, for only a little area of ribbon useable.

  Pros

  image over image, text on image, textual image, overlay image are excellent image manipulation options incorporated in this tool. This image converter has ultra modern look and multi-language support.

  You cannot test all features on trial version

  Summary

  With so many image manipulation options, this image converter is very cheap in price. One can easily go for it.

One can resize, crop, chop, rotate in different directions, and adjust color, brightness, and contrast. It has also few simple effects and filters. Other features include folder processing with editing and converting options.   Pros

  This is special software with bundle of image editing and converting options. Creating transparent images, drawing shapes on images, changing image shapes, writing comments on images are among the notable provisions. It is masterpiece carved on fine marble stone with touch of creativity and intellect.

  Pros

  This is not simply image converter. It does lots of other jobs such as crop, chop, rotate, resize, merge, add frame, border, draw shapes and write text. Though trial version does not show all features, full version is a good deal.
