Image ActiveX SDK for Windows

Image ActiveX SDK Plus is a set of tools that streamline development of document imaging, medical imaging, and other image-intensive applications using C, C++, Visual Basic, or Delphi. The control writes and prints TIFF, PNG, JPEG, IBM, MMR, CALS, Packbit, G3 1D, G3 2D, G4, PCX, DCX, BMP, DIB, CLP, TGA, and WMF files.

Features include zooming; multipage printing; rotation and flipping; form overlay with ASCII text; bitmap conversion; brightness and contrast adjustment; custom filters; bit-depth conversions; and image scaling. Sample source code for C, C++, Visual Basic, and Delphi is included.
