Dynamically enable/disable Java scripts or Flash on per site basis.
IRNoneScript is a plug in for Internet explorer. It provides the following functionalities: 1. Config what is enabled/disabled, include javascripts, active object, flash, css, etc. Go to setting to config it 2. Tag site for enabled/disabled. Only enabled site are permitted to run active content. For a given webpage, all sites except the enabled sites (permitted sites) are allowed to run active content, thus achieving "Usable security". Comparing the old way which is impossible to use (open internet security setting, figure out all the obscure sites in a page), this feature dramatically increased the usability. 3. User can temporarily disable the plug in for certain applications. 4. Feedback feature so developer can constantly improve the product for better user experience.
This program is similar to NoScripts, but not as configurable. It does work for the most part.
Cons
It's fine if you just want to enable it and leave it that way. It sometimes breaks if you need to turn it on and off, or temporarily enable a page, especially if you have multiple windows or tabs open. It also didn't pick up all the sources of scripts on the page. In one case and embedded Flickr gallery wouldn't go on because it was not recognized as being there.
Summary
It's fine if you just want to enable it and leave it that way, otherwise go with Firefox & NoScripts instead.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 13, 2015<p/>After using it for a while, I have figured out how to better use it. There are just some sites where you can't enable all, refresh the page and get them to work. The same sites give me the same problem in Firefox with NoScripts . The key is to disable IENoneScript and re-enable when you are done with that page/site. If you are going to a problem site via a link, open up a blank tab and disable IENoneScript. Then you can either click on the link or paste it into the blank tab. When done re-enable and close the tab(s).
awesome software - however has to get from other place
