Unfortunately, there is quite a large number of sites that are badly (if at all) displayed in Firefox. IE View provides a quick solution to the problem. First of all, it lets you quickly open any site in the Microsoft browser using the Context menu command. If you often work with such a site, IE View can automatically open it in Internet Explorer immediately after you have typed in its address in Firefox. The extension can automatically close the tab in Firfox. IE View is a must-have for active surfers.

What’s new in version 1.5.1

Version 1.5.1 has fixed an issue where IE View would cause bookmarks to stop working in Firefox 14(alpha).

Great for switching between IE and FF quickly!

It's really useful when you're on a web site and must change to internet explorer, only click a logo at the botton of your firefox screen and you can start working, as simple as that.

IE View is a simple Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox extension (for Microsoft Windows systems), which allows the current page or a selected link to be opened in Internet Explorer. I use Firefox 99.99% of the time, but there are those moments -- particularly when testing new pages, or when viewing that rare IE-only page that's actually interesting -- when I need to see what things look like in IE.
