  Program NEVER worked. Notified Hotspot immediately requesting fix, received no response. Two more complaints have been ignored. Requests for refund (separate billing company) also have been ignored.

  Summary

  I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering this software. This company is a complete rip-off. The program never worked, they have refused to issue a refund (I notified them immediately after installation that the program wasn't working) for the first month, and have had the audacity to bill me for a second month!

  None. Nothing positive can be said.

  Cons

  Had problems with account while overseas and then would not refund my money (still hasn't). Has ignored my pleas for a refund or even dialogue.

  Summary

  Encountered a VPN software issue while in a Western hotel in the Middle East. When nothing else would work I requested a refund. That's where any communication ceased. Obviously only in it for a quick buck. STAY AWAY!

  THIS PROGRAM IS VERY BAD. IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO IPIGS SERVER. iF YOU INSTALL THIS PROGRAM IT WILL NOT LET YOU CONNECT TO THE INTERNET WITH ANY PROGRAM. IT WILL NOT CLOSE. THE WINDOW WILL NOT CLOSE AND SITS ABOVE ALL OTHERS. YOU CAN NOT SWITCH BETWEEN WINDOWS ETC., IT IS A PIG. CHECK IT OUT ON IPIG IOPUS FORUMS. TRY "ipig.iopus.com/11888" in google search box. AVOID THIS PROGRAM AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE AN AFTERNOON++++ GETTING ANNOYED TRYING TO RID YOUR SYSTEM OF IT

  Stable software. Only $30.00 a year.

  You get what you pay for. A good VPN is $80-$200.00 yr. Cheap Crap! Drops connection after 30 minutes EVERYDAY!!

  Summary

  Advertised as Unlimited Service for $30.00 a year. Bought it and it was fast enough, but after 30 minutes, it drops the protection!! They don't have the server capacity to handle all their customers so they ration it out at only 30 minutes a day! Hardly unlimited. Some days, particularly weekends, it won't connect at all!! These people knew full well that they only had VERY limited capacity yet they take ppl's money everyday. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Try Trustconnect at $50 bucks a year or GOTrusted at $5.99 a month. They are both very well reviewed. Or even the Free Software Foundation has OPENVPN. The people at iPig are, well, PIGS!! There are similar complaints about this lousy product. Wish I had read em before I bought. Learn from my mistake. Scum.

• Nice when it works, but unreliable

  Pros

  Simple to install, no configuration needed. Gives a stable, secure tunnel with fast access and download speeds.

  Cons

  Is often unavailable for several days at a time. Support is slow. When bandwidth is purchased, it is supposed to be available in 2 working days - which seems an unnecessarily long time to start with - but often takes longer.

  Very good to have our data encrypted, specially when you need to connect to a free sport. Nice Software, and very easy to install. 100% recommended.
