No support, not all advertised features implemented.

Pros
Very good features set. Friendly interface. Reasonable price
Cons
Support is non-existent. I sent 4 emails without a single response. Quickbooks link not implemented, but they continue to advertise it on many download sites. Outlook, .CSV, Excel imports leave out fields, cannot map them "Categories" for example.
Summary
I would probably pass on this one. With the complete lack of support it would not be good to spend a lot of time importing data (and inputting that which you cannot import) just to have a small problem nullify all your work because you cannot get the answer to a simple question.
