Interferes with Sandbox Program

Cons
Abysmal customer service. Will not allow sandboxed browsers to run under Sandboxie. Update is automatic with no opportunity to revert to previous version. No opportunity to compare checksum of update. Checksum not published.
Summary
Support takes days to respond. Then blames Sanboxie. It co-existed with Sanboxie for about 3 years now treats Sanboxie as a threat. Eventually dismissive response that programmers will look into it. Five weeks later still no fix or follow up reply.

Pros
This bit of software is an excellent and highly effective addition to your armoury against the vast range of malware out there. I've probably tried most software out there but this one is staying on my PC together with Windows Defender, don't need anything more. Just read the features on their website as to what it can actually do and you'll understand what I mean.
Cons
Can conflict with other security software, especially concerning browser protection, but that's because there may be overlap. My recommended strategy is to simply use a basic but good AV, even Windows Defender, plus Hitmanpro.alert. It's not free but worth every penny as far as I am concerned and they sometimes have great deals.
Summary
So far, the best addition to an AV that I have found.

Multiple security features, safe browsing, exploit mitigation. Works in conjunction with hitmanPro and works seamlessly with other antivirus and malware programs. so many advanced features. Look at their website to see all the features but even then you will find all available features are understated. You need to use the software to see its true potential.
Cons
Possibly some false positives on Browser attack but not too inconvenient.
