  It's the hardest game in history. Totally I wonder how do you beat the invasions, and the one at day 101. It's kind of pointless...<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jan 13, 2016<p/>This game is kind of cryptic. The goal is to defeat the Black Zima Castle. You have to strengthen your heroes. There's nothing in the game explaining what you are supposed to do. You are supposed to win against bandit battles. Guess what happens if you defeat the army at day 101? I found out that it reveals your mission, and later the same castle sends another army and another one. Guess how many days there are? 150 days! Besides, what would happen during the peace treaty at day 150?

  lets you choose what you do and the order in which you will do it, you can do the last quest first or just pick a quest from the middle.

  has tendancy to crash on windows 7 best to use on windows xp

  an fun game that will get you to find ways to play,it's a turn-based game that has in iteresting background to play, the set-up is yourself as a heroe and you try to find ways to re-capture the settlements and land that the barbarians has taken over.

  graphics a not top shape, nor the music, battle is not gory at all, yet to the point

  -Graphics are so bad they come quite funny. Very small.

  -I would of liked if it was one of a kind but its base of a set of games. (Which I injoyed and it really should be a crime to ruin the idea of a great game.) <p> <p> The graphics where a real joke and the colors where confusing, Its kinda the drawing style you would see a little kid do. <p> <p>The battles ... well they did not have sense. <p> <p>Has a few bugs that just round up the bad things about it

  Pros

  -------- it is basically like Heroes of Might & Magic: you have castles, heroes, they lead armies, units have some stats. Also, there are goodees scattered around the map, and even some quests. <p>-------- the music is good, it doesn't get annoying, creates some atmosphere. Maybe the only good thing about this game.

  ---------- There is no manual or tutorial, at least I couldn't find it with the game, and there is nothing on the developer's site. <p> <p>----------------------------------------------- Although battles seem to be much like in Heroes at the first glance, there is very little stuff in it: there are no archers and mages, only melee units. All units I saw so far move 7 tile per turn. Even after the 4th battle I couldn't guess why some units didn't inflict any damage to the enemy, while others killed a large group with one blow. So, I didn't guess what determines the success of the blow. <p> <p>--------------------------------------------------- When a unit is attacked, it doesn't retaliate. Well, this may be a design choice, but without a manual I can't get the idea. <p> <p>------------------------------------------------------- The graphics are bad. Although it's freeware, images still look very unattractive, especially the faces of heroes - they are like plastic dolls and have nothing to do with the fantasy setting (is it fantasy btw?) <p> <p>------------------------------------------------------------ It is hard to tell where your units are and where the enemy's: lives are shown in the same color, and the units' sprites are so basic (simplistic), that you can easily mix them. <p> <p>------------------------------------------------- Mouse logic is bad. You have to first left-click somewhere to mark the path for the selected unit, then right click there to order movement. Why not just make left-click responsible for both actions. Also, units, get deselected after moving, which means you have to select them again to attack the enemy right after moving.
