Pros
1) the app has a large user base. it's easy to find a language parter 2) it has in-app translation function, with which you don't need to turn to google translation or other translation app 3) it won't take you so much time. I use it when I'm free and have the mood to learn language 4) most people in the app are using it as a language learning app. If someone make you uncomfortable, you can easily report him and their team will solve the problem quickly

Personally speaking this app really help me a lot with my Japanese learning. You can see its Pros as above I've written. What else special is that I even make friends with Japanese people in the app. It make the world smaller and people closer!
