Hello Syracuse! for Android

The Hello Syracuse! app encourages you to get out and explore the City of Syracuse and your local community. By participating in the events and activities listed here, youll complete the challenges while learning about the citys individual neighborhoods, programs, rich history, and cultural activities. The more you do, the higher youll climb on the leaderboard dont forget to record it all in the app! All you have to do it take a photo as detailed in each challenge description and upload it here. Its as easy as taking a selfie.

Be sure to turn on your push notifications to receive public safety alerts and get up-to-date information on events, activities, and challenges happening near you.

HOW IT WORKS

After downloading the Hello Syracuse! app and signing in, youll find a list of challenges or activities to complete. These challenges are Syracuse community events, activities, and programs for you to experience and explore. Complete challenges by following the how to complete instructions for each one. All challenges can be completed by taking a picture or choosing a picture from your photo gallery. Once uploaded, you will receive confirmation that the challenge has been completed and youll be able to see your photo in the community feed for your neighborhood. Check the leaderboard to see where you stand against your family, friends, and neighbors. Use the event calendar to see what's happening in your neighborhood and what challenges are coming up for you to complete. Youll also find a directory of city and community resources available to residents along with volunteer opportunities.
