This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This is a great program but I have experienced one flaw since the very beginning about two years ago. When I first start the program, it will more often then not require several attempts of starting and stopping the program before it will actually retrieve the data from the LaCrosse unit. I have tried it on two computers, both running Vista Home Premium and also tried it in XP S/P2 mode all with the same results. Once it is running, it will stay that way until the computer is restarted. I cannot be sure the problem is with this software or with Windows Vista itself. (Vista reminds me of Windows ME in its ability to lock up any of four computers I have it running on). With all of the Ã¢??overheadÃ¢?? software one must have running to protect their computers from online attacks, it is hard to say where any of the issues I have experienced may originate. With this software as well as Windows itself.
