Provides support for many outdoor and indoor activities & many other features to keep you motivated.FEATURES:Supports basic workout with different activities. Activity specific and common features are listed below:FOR RUNNING, WALKING, JOGGING, BIKING / CYCLING-Tracks route on Map through GPS.-Records calories,time, speed, pace & distance.-Allows to view current activity with a circular default view and a map view.FOR INDOOR ACTIVITIES-Records calories & timeCOMMONFEATURES-EASY SIGNUP : Signup with Facebook account, Google+ account or with your email.-ACTIVITIES SELECTION: Select from outdoor (requires GPS) and indoor (doesnt require GPS) activities.-SCREEN LOCK: To avoid accidental pause / stop of activity, screen lock is available when activity is going on.-PAUSE ACTIVITY : Activity can be paused and it will stop calculating all statistics unless you play/start it again.-KEEP OR DELETE ACTIVITY : On completion, allows to save or delete an activity.-LOCAL TO SERVER : Activities are initially stored on your device and when you save it than only all the details of activity are saved on server. This requires less calls to server hence less usage of your internet data and battery life.-INTERRUPTIONS : If the app is interrupted while an activity is going on, itll ask you to save or delete that activity when app is launched again.-SOCIAL SHARING : GPS enabled activities can be shared on Facebooks Fitness section with details of map route, speed, distance and calories. Other activities are shared with basic data. Also allows to share details of activity on Google+-FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY : Connect with other health enthusiastic from HealthWel community.-LIVE TRACKING : Allows you to share your live activity with your friends through Map. You can decide on whom you want to allow for live tracking and they will be notified and track your progress live through Map.-CALORY CALCULATION : To accurately calculate calories burned, it requires your weight and height in profile.-HISTORY: View all your past history with easy filtering based on duration. You can share your past activities on Facebook & Google+, if not shared then.-MANUALLY LOG ACTIVITY : Allows you to manually log activities.-ANALYSIS : Analyse your activity performance with distance based splits.-PICTURES : Take pictures while activity is going on and they will be available as part of activity history.
