Harmony Mood Tracker is a simple app that prompts you to record your mood at times you choose throughout the day. You can view a history in the app and delete old records. With an account, all your data is backed up securely in our cloud so you'll never lose data and you can record your mood or view your history anywhere.Mood tracking helps you understand the flows and factors that make up your mood. It can be useful for problems such as depression and bipolar disorder, where you may not be aware of how your mental state has changed over time.By collecting data for a long period of time, you can see how events in your life have influenced your happiness. Ultimately, the usefulness of tracking depends on what you learn about these influences and how you choose to change your life.You do not need an account to use Harmony, but registering allows you to synchronise your data with our web app and see your mood data in greater detail with graphs and other data visualisations.It also allows you to make use of our API which will allow you to import your data into other quantitative self apps and websites so you can correlate mood with other metrics such as location from your phone, productivity and more.
