This alarm clock doubles as a timer, offering desirable features that, unfortunately, have limited range. Hands Free Clock sports a small, straightforward interface that displays a clock and lets you activate alarms, a stopwatch, and an egg timer. The desktop clock shows the time (including seconds) and the date and synchronizes with your system clock, but doesn't write to the system tray as do similar applications. The alarm feature lets you schedule as many alarms as you'd like, although scheduled alarms can only run once and are automatically deleted after use. Alarms come with user-input pop-up messages and can be associated with a WAV file. The stopwatch lets you count up to 60 minutes. The egg timer counts down the hours, minutes, and seconds you input and sets off a basic alarm sound as time expires. All told, although this freeware works decently, it's not hard to find more robust alarm clocks.

Well its good and serves the purpose it speaks of .. you can keep on top all the time see time set alarms use stopwatch for a standard 60 min a egg timer which is a countdown timer and flexible to time
Cons
Well I would wish it offers few more options like setting it to a flexible taskbar or a toolbar of its own and offer flexible timing for stopclock too. but it is limited and also serve small timer purpose It helps me for my exam preparation

Would be nice to be able to type a number in, instead of having to scroll down and click a number. I remember my grandfather's shanking hands, and if he were still around I don't think he'd be able to hold a mouse steady enough to reach 55 minutes.

First, its free. It works just as advertised. I needed something iwth both a up and down timer, and this fits the bill. No problems.

This isn't a bad program. It tells you the time and date, set multiple alarms, start a 'stop watch' or egg timer (count down) function, all on different tabs, as well as giving you the options to Stay On Top of other windows, run at startup and limit the number of egg timer beeps. <p>All of these functions work flawlessly.
Cons
However, firstly, it's pretty ugly. Secondly, it starts with a (hideable) advert. Thirdly, considering the large amount of screen area used (266x246 with borders), the text is quite small for time/date, leaving a large gap around the date/time.
