Run your finger over a black screen, chasing the elusive and responsive hotspot, which vibrates when you find it, and changes its position every round.Conceived by someone coping with trichotillomania and undertaking Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), habitap is designed to help players overcome anxiety-related (mainly body-focused and repetitive) behaviors by giving them an alternative outlet. So, if you are biting your nails, pulling out your hair, picking your skin, or something similar, habitap could help you resist your urges and reach your therapy goals.
