Summary
I purchased a Gyft card for Home Depot that was supposed to have a $5 promotional code applied. They didn't do it and then tried to tell me that I hadn't put the code in at checkout. I had to put the code in twice, as a matter of fact. This is the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. I'll never do business with them again. Too bad I can't give them zero stars.

Pros
Easy to use, backups plastic gift cards and can now use them from my phone. Re-gifting is a great feature and buying new cards last minute for friends is a life saver. Syncs with passbook and has every major store I can think of.
Cons
Not on android yet but the say it is coming very soon. Other than that there are no cons.
