Complete and utter crap.

- The unit I received has drained my battery numerous times and did not notify me that it was low until after I push started my motorcycle. I have friends with the exact same service and their batter has never drained. The app and online service never shows my motorcycle where it really is. I've been at work for four hours and it shows my bike at home. Well, not a home but in the back yard of a house on the next block. Customer service is OK at best. I've complained about the battery issue and requested a new unit. They did not want to send me one and insisted that they could reduce the amount of time before the unit "goes to sleep". They've done that twice and it still drains the battery. I will not be renewing and will look for another type of stolen vehicle locator.
