• Easy to use and does a lot =)

  Pros

  I love how simple it is to enter students, keep track of attendance and create assignments, classes. You can use this program for multiple classes and then upload the grades to the website so the students can log in to see their grades. Awesome!!

  Summary

  This is an awesome simple program to keep track of grades. It even prints out reports on the class grades, averages and a form letter for classes missed.

  Pros

  Templates are set up to simplify the process of entering data for a Gradebook and Attendance. Reports can be generated for each as well. I had no problem downloading and setting up this progam on three different computers: 2 Vistas and one XP.

  Cons

  For what I wanted to use it for, I can't think of any cons at this time.

  Summary

  A good comparison of this program would be if a potential user was expecting Notepad to have all the features of Word. That would be ignoring the function of each. One is not "better" than the other based on purpose. Gradebook serves it's purpose simply and effectively. If you want more features, look for a complex program.

  NOTHING!!!

  Cons

  It didn't even work. I installed it twice just to make sure! It doesn't even start up! When you try to open it, it shows the "send error" box! Don't even waste your time downloading it!!!
