GPS Tag for Android

GPS Tag is a free application designed for Android devices, allowing users to transform their smartphones or tablets into personal GPS trackers. It is particularly tailored for individuals using the Wialon hosting system, which includes various GPS tracking solutions. The application facilitates the monitoring of device location, speed, and time, ensuring that users can keep track of their movements conveniently.

The app employs a combination of GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks to provide accurate location data, and it allows for the transmission of text messages and images to the tracking system. GPS Tag features two operational modes: a permanent mode for continuous location updates and a time-out mode that conserves battery life by sending coordinates at set intervals. Additionally, the application is compatible with any SIM card, including those in roaming status, enhancing its usability.
