The OFFICIAL mobile app of the Grande Prairie Storm of the Alberta Junior Hockey League.Download the GP Storm app for player profiles, stats, photos, videos, social media feeds, contests and more.The Grande Prairie Storm has been part of the Alberta Junior Hockey League since 1996, has two AJHL championships under its suspenders, has led the league in attendance every year since 1996 and is the only team in the league that has not missed the playoffs. The team hosted the Royal Bank Cup in 2004 averaging almost 2,800 fans per game and recognized a profit of over $300,000 from the national event.The Storm is proud of its commitment to the community and players offering programs that benefit the Grande Prairie area and provides scholarship funds for all players who wish to attend Grande Prairie Regional College during their time with the team. A large majority of players who have played with the team have received scholarships at Canadian and American post-secondary institutions.
