  Pros

  1) I was using MS Snipping Tool and loved the way it allows me to capture a screen, a rectangle or an active window. This app does the capture equally effectively. 2) goScreenCapture is the best I have seen for marking image with highlighter, rectangles, lines with arrows and text boxes. And love the way I can create my own mark-up tools. Never seen that before. 3) This app is really good with its send to options, I can send to disk, send to email, send to goTransfer (their file transfer platform if you have it), and send to MS Paint for more elaborate work.

  Cons

  Does not have time delayed capture.

  Summary

  I manage 50 end users for Windows and Office support. goScreenCapture is by far the best utility for installing on end users computers so they can quickly email me any tech issues that they are facing,
