Giris-ES (Generic Intelligent Record Interactive System - Expert System) is an Expert System shell that enables knowledge engineers to built rule-based Expert Systems that are both PC as well as web-based.

For the pc-version, it is a Windows-based shell that enables knowledge engineers to build rule-based expert systems that incoporate forward and backward chaining as well as graphical and html displays.

For the internet-version, it has similar structure as that of the pc-version, It uses active-x technology and thus runs under IE. The hosting server can be Linux or WIndows. Examples in Php are provided.
