This is an HTTP and FTP download tool. It is designed to adapt itself to network connections from DDN to DUN. It will automatically adjust the buffer size according to available bandwidth. Especially with high-speed connections, it can make the most use of the bandwidth with low CPU and system resource usage. The new version adds proxy and cookie support and fixes a bug that caused some file downloads to fail.
