Used FuturixImager for Windows?
Editors’ Review
FuturixImager provides a simple program to view and edit photos. While the program functioned as advertised, it left us wondering why anyone would need it.
The program's interface was very basic and intuitive. The Help file's tutorial didn't tell us anything we couldn't figure on our own, but we would have liked a greater range of control. The program kept commands and options to a minimum, which made it easy to use, but it also kept this tool from gaining a clear identity. We were able to open up our photos and view them, which wasn't very impressive. Every computer we've ever used came with a program that did the exact same thing. We were also disappointed not to find more common features, such as a file type converter. The program did attempt to add some spark with its Editing feature, but its basic set of filters and photo-editing tools weren't anything we hadn't also seen in every other photo viewer we've ever encountered. On the whole, the program performed as it promised, allowing us to view and make simple edits, but we never felt like it was special enough to differentiate it from the pack.
FuturixImager is freeware, which may be its biggest advantage. While it functioned successfully, we saw nothing that made it special and do not recommend it.
