FTF-DIY for iOS

Welcome to FTF DIY the very first service based App that connects you directly to a live technician via a video feed to walk you through the steps necessary to repair your home appliances. Its easy, download the App, create a log in, pick the appliance you need help with and choose to connect immediately or schedule your DIY repair for a future date.

Users purchase time with a technician and receive a free extra 5 minutes once they sign in. The time you purchase is yours for one year from the purchase date, so if you do not use all your time in the first service session, save it for a future repair.

Online videos and forums are handy, but they do not address your specific issue that you are facing with your specific appliance. There is no one fix for all different models of appliances. Sometimes all you need is someone with the expertise and knowledge to guide you step by step through the diagnosis so that you can get through your repair.

FTF DIY currently supports most major brands, and will be expanding this list in the future. We currently support service for washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, ice makers, refrigerators, cooktops, and trash compactors.
