Free Download Manager Lite download files and convert videos (including flash) faster with open-source Free Download Manager. Its features include integration with all browsers, support of downloads from RapidShare, BitTorrent support, adjusting traffic usage, resuming broken downloads. It is released under GPL license and adds BitTorent support, flash video download, upload manager, portable mode, and remote control.

FDM Lite version requires less size and lacks some functions (BitTorrent support, video conversion) that can be downloaded and installed as plugins later.
