FootPrints 6.5 is a new version of FootPrints 100% Web-based service desk technology that combines FootPrints signature ease of use with an expanded feature set for both internal and external support automation. Plus, it brings FootPrints support automation capabilities to a new level of sophistication coupled with strong performance levels for large, high-ticket volume sites.

This release also includes several new add-on integrations to extend the service desk into additional business processes. FootPrints 6.5 has a new integration with SQL-based corporate databases and address books, the FootPrints Dynamic SQL Database Link. FootPrints 6.5 also has a new, integrated add-on module for automated network mapping and asset discovery and tracking, FootPrints LANsurveyor, which is available at an additional cost.
