Focus Plant uses HealthKit to read mindfulness data from 3rd party apps including but not limited to Forest, Flora, Plantie, Flip, Socratic, Study Blue, SleepTown, Calm and Headspace. Make sure to grant all permissions when asked to authorize with the Health App to make it work.
