Used Focal Pro for Android?
Editors’ Review
Focal Pro, from FocalAgent Ltd, is a mobile command center for estate agents and photographers that manages onsite property marketing tasks. It lets you capture and deliver professional visuals such as photography, floor plans, and EPCs while keeping job details together. The app centralizes capture, communication, and delivery so you can handle assignments from your device. It targets professional estate agents and real estate photographers who need faster listing turnarounds and closer coordination with a dedicated visual-content service.
Focal keeps property orders visible from booking to delivery
When you arrive onsite you can consult a running order log that traces each booking through to final delivery. The app provides an at-a-glance listing of assigned properties and shows status updates for each job, helping you prioritise visits and confirm completion. That order-focused view supports days when you manage many listings and need to avoid missed tasks across a busy schedule.
Focal routes nearby floor-plan tasks to agents on the move
The app uses your GPS position to surface nearby floor-plan assignments, and it offers location-based job assignment so you can accept tasks close to you. Push notifications deliver instant alerts about new or changed orders, which reduces response latency when last-minute changes occur. This pairing of location and alerts helps you slot jobs efficiently into a tightly packed working day.
Focal moves field assets into the delivery pipeline quickly
You can upload photographs and floor-plan sketches directly from the property and attach them to the related order so colleagues see progress without intermediate steps. Built-in messaging threads keep communications tied to each job, reducing app switching during site work. The workflow privileges getting raw assets into the service's processing pipeline rather than offering heavy in-device editing.
Focal runs on common mobile platforms and links to a specialist provider
The app is available through standard app stores for Android and iOS devices and depends on cloud synchronization, so an active connection and GPS are required for location features. The developer is a UK visual-content partner focused on estate agency workflows, and professionals in that niche note the app's usefulness for tracking jobs and handling high volumes of property assets during field operations.
Pros
- End-to-end order tracking from booking to delivery
- Location-based assignment for nearby floor-plan tasks
- Direct uploads of photos and floor plans from the field
- Push notifications provide real-time order updates and alerts
Cons
- Requires active internet connection and GPS for core features
- Optimized for agents inside the developer's service network rather than standalone workflows
Bottom Line
Focal is a practical gateway for agents who rely on a vendor-backed production pipeline
If you deliver listings as part of a larger visual-content service, Focal's direct connection to professional photo enhancement and floor-plan redraw services makes it a practical operational hub. If you prefer independent, device-based creative editing, the app's service-oriented design is less appropriate. For teams that hand off assets to specialists, it provides a clear entry point into a vendor-managed workflow.
