• Quick arcade-style multiplayer fun

  Pros

  -The best game for real, live friends (up to 4) on one keyboard -Clever 2-key gameplay concept. Easy to learn, hard to master -Nonviolent and great for all ages and audiences -Addictive -Used to be a commercial game ($23.95, I think) - Now it's free!

  Cons

  -Addictive -Can get repeditive -The fleas are so tiny it's sometimes hard to tell which you are when you play in windowed mode

  Summary

  An excellent multiplayer hotseat arcade-style time waster! If you have a few pals over and you're looking for a quick and easy game to kill a few hours, this is your game! Online play is also possible and the single player mode is great too, of course, and extremely challenging even after hours of practice, but it's most fun to play with some real friends. Extra Pros: I went way over the word limit for pros so the rest are below: -The different game modes (Super Grab, Thief, and Basketball) keep the game interesting -Unlockable levels help the replayability value -Computer players ramp up in intelligence from quite easy to Master level, which is impressively hard to beat Similar highly-recommended multiplayer hotseat games: -Liero (Note: Bloody - Probably not for kids) -Gusanos (Note: Bloody, but can be edited out if you know what you're doing - Also, this game is only fun with mods, but tons are available) -JumpNBump (Note: Bloody - Probably note for kids) -LemmingBallZ - The Older 2D Version (Note: Blood can be turned off) -Sumotori Dreams -Rampart (Port for the PC) -Fight of the Sumo Hoppers (Note: Super old game. You'll probalby need to install DosBox to run it) Note: Technical difficulties - Fleafall ran perfectly on a Vista laptop but when tested in XP it has been slow and the charge-jump function hasn't been working properly, almost as if it's automatically ending my jump before I release the key. This may be due to my particular keyboard settings or something but it's annoying at any rate. If your flea jumps before you release your directional key you're experiencing the same problem.
