Split text files into multiple pieces including any newline character.
FileSplit.NET is a windows program which allows text files to be split into multiple chunks. FileSplit.net allows file splitting based on maximum output piece size or to a target number of output files. FileSplit.net can also force full lines to remain in the same file. Any new line character can be specified including Windows, Linux and Custom. This application is fast, small and very easy to use. The application provides tremendous value when - Splitting a single file to fit on multiple fixed size disks (floppy, CD, DVD) - Spitting messages so they can pass through email file size restrictions. - Splitting file logs in to "byte sized" pieces to allow even distribution throughout a team - Working with unusual file types that may not use proper line terminators.
