FOS is a Sales and Purchase Order Maintenance System which enables you to create Sales Order Records and print Acknowledgements, Invoices, and Delivery Notes, as well as Purchase Orders to your suppliers. FOS keeps a record of all your product details - as well as automatic stock control records. Filecom Order System has been designed to be easy to use and have as short a learning curve as possible - after all, it's your business that needs your time, not reading a thick book, or wading through loads of help pages, in the hope of finding the part that tells you which link to click so you can print a certain report, fill in a certain form, etc.We allow up to 8 hours programming time free of charge for any valid adjustments, however if we consider more time is needed we will quote you a charge for this in advance. FOS is designed to print on plain paper - however if you prefer to use your own letterheaded paper for all or some of the printouts, we can adjust for this.
