FightAIDS@Home is the first biomedical distributed computing project ever launched. It is run by the Olson Laboratory at The Scripps Research Institute, and uses your computer to assist fundamental research to discover new drugs, using our growing knowledge of the structural biology of AIDS. When you click on the download link below, the software for FightAIDS@Home will be installed on your computer. During the installation process, you will be asked to create your own password for your FightAIDS@Home membership. Be sure you write down both your MemberID and Password. Once the software is installed, a new browser window will open where you will be asked to type in your password to start your participation in FightAIDS@Home. It is important that you do not close this browser window until you have typed in your password and clicked "Submit" to activate your participation.
