Feedback Lite is an online customer feedback tool that you can add to your website to begin engaging with your customers through regular surveys and polls. With Feedback Lite, you can choose from a variety of campaign types including multiple choice campaigns, open ended answer campaigns, rating scales, ranking systems, and Likert scales. Feedback Lite lets you customize your campaigns with set-interval automation, redirects to custom URL's, provides the ability to position your feedback tab onscreen in any one of 10 screen positions, allows you to choose from either popup or slide-out campaign types in multiple campaign sizes, and also enables you to add your very own survey content to your campaigns (and that's just a few of our features).
