Tricked into paying for untried services. Product works slowly (hours to send 1 fax). Product doesn't work well, 3 successes vs 3 failures. Their email address to provide help gives NO RESPONSE. This product is a scam!

Pros
This is a great product. I was immediately able to fax my documents. We are a small real estate firm and need to fax important documents constantly. This product helped us a lot. There fax packages are inexpensive and NO MONTLY subscriptions.

none, HIGHLY recommended product.

Summary
Sure, the software is free, but only because it connects you to the developer's website where you must then subscribe for $19.95/month to send faxes. Maybe using the word "FREE" in the item description isn't direct fraud, but it sure is deception, plain and simple!

Pros
Did not try it because you have to pay $19.99 to fax 25 documents. So, them saying it's FREE is very misleading.
Cons
You can't even try it out without paying $19.99. That's ridiculous.
Summary
Unless you fax a lot and don't mind spending about 80 cents per fax, don't bother with this.
