Record and compress video and audio files from your PC games or movies.

FastCapPro is a versatile game recorder to record OpenGL and DirecX games into AVI videos, perform game benchmark test, show fps and capture game screenshots. FastCapPro can record at full screen or any other resolutions, like 1024 x 768, 800 x 600, 600 x 480. The game video and audio can be compressed in real time during recording for smaller file sizes.

You will experience less FPS drop and high recording speed! FastCapPro saves the benchmark statistics (the FPS graph) for your review and application. The game screenshots can be saved in JPG or PNG formats which are better suited for posting directly to the internet or save in higher quality BMP. Version 2.0.1 increase recording speed, add game benchmark and game screenshot capture, and support Vista.

Bogs down your games big time

I liked the idea of being able to record my gaming in a recognizable media format
Cons
Even when I had the record sound checked, the program did not record any sound. Program also bogs down your game(s) big time even when closing all programs except TaskMon and Explorer.

It is easy to choose the size.

It was a resource hog, and destroyed the game's FPS whenever it recorded. It was also buggy and frooze my system, causing me to need to reboot. It also didn't capture anything in my Quake game.

very choppy and slow... leaves much to be desired for a screen recorder, i would recommend camstudio if you really want some smooth recording.

00h!...this's the right software that I'm looking for to make my wow movie! that's funny, the video is in high quality and smooth. the filesize not big cus I can choose to compress my video with micro video 1

version 1.2 of this software couldn't be launched at my pc! a sorry program, but I discover the program's new version 1.3 and download it...haaa that works quite good!One more...the watermark better to be smaller..:>
