The FacetPhone mobile app provides users of the FacetPhone business phone system extensive access to the phone system from their iPhone. From this app, you can view the status of each user on the system and initiate a call or instant messaging session with them. You can view all calls active on the system and pickup parked calls, monitor or barge-in on calls if you have that privilege and transfer calls that are yours or which are parked. You can change your user status and manage your active call or calls you have on hold. You can conduct one or more instant messaging sessions with other users on the system. You can view your voice mail folder and listen to voice mails, forward them or delete them. The soft phone capabilities make your iPhone a full featured extension on the phone system.
