Read, convert, and write from Excel files without requiring Microsoft Excel.

Easily create, convert, write, and read from Microsoft Excel files. ExcelLite is a .NET component that provides elegant and high performance way to write and read from XLS files (BIFF format) or CSV files (text format) without the need for Microsoft Excel on either the developer or client machines. Version 2.3 may include full support for Visual Studio 2005 and .NET Framework 2.0, direct formula support in reading and writing, direct named ranges support in reading and writing, and more flexible licensing.

a "lite xls viewer" sounds good idea
Cons
It just gives two directories of samples, which are useless for my (and a possible downloader's) need. It does not help with existing xls files.

Current limit for ExcelLite Free is 150 rows -- I would prefer that to be 200 or more.
