The architecture of the Excel invoice template allows adding, modifying and fast access to saved products, customers, and historical customer invoices. Product and customer lists can be imported from and exported back to text lists enabling integration with existing CRM or inventory management systems. Flexibility allows to manage products and customers independently of invoice creation as well as create invoices directly from the invoice template and save product and customer details for later use. Data integrity analysis made when updating information ensures that customer and product records are either added or updated accordingly.
